Job Description: * Reconcile purchase orders with packing slip to A/P invoice. * Communicate with A/P Specialist regarding invoice issues. * Maintain spreadsheets for credit card payments. * Match credit card receipts to statement and code by person and job. * Post payments to invoices. * Back up to receptionist as needed. Requirements: * General knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping. * Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. * Accurate data entry skills. * Outstanding organizational skills. * Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and time management. * Superior verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent conceptual and analytical skills. * High degree of self-motivation; must be a self-starter.
