Bookkeeper
Maintaining employee information - internal files and files with payroll service Setting up new employees Processing the payroll Inputting time sheets - including job costing Tracking time off accruals Interaction with managers for approvals and changes to employee information Recommendations on streamlining processes Maintainance of bookkeeping for the owners: Sorting mail for owners Processing of bills/invoices including credit cards Banking and related banking information maintence budgeting and reporting The position requires 3 - 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
