Process accounts receivable, primarily for a tax-exempt trade association, The Farm Credit Council, and its for-profit subsidiary, Farm Credit Council Services, Inc., including receipts and invoices, monthly reporting and follow-up on outstanding receivables in a timely manner. Provides additional administrative support, including, reconciling accounts as assigned, word processing, report distribution, and filing. Assists accounts payable and helps maintain complete vendor and customer files. Interacts with all levels of staff, directors, vendors, and customers. Reports to and receives direction from the Controller/Treasurer.
