Accounting Clerk

Account Clerk needs 2+ years experience
Account Clerk requires:
Have an Associates or a Bachelors degree in Accounting or equal experience
Excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail

Account Clerk duties:
Keeping client statistical data entry, reporting and record keeping
Managing 5 bank accounts with multiple reconciliations and responsibilities
Completing daily reporting and communication
Verifying EFT balancing reports and processing ACH/EFT returns
Verifying and processing client end of month checks for mailing
Processing stops payments and bank return items
Verifying and reporting on office postage, client check postage, foreign conversion rate, , NSFs and end of month checks
